- 250 g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 bananas
- 200 g of chocolate
- 100 g of Maître Prunille almond slivers
Mix together the flour, eggs, and vanilla sugar, and gradually pour in the milk.
Place the pancakes in a greased, hot frying pan, and flip!
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Spread the chocolate on each pancake and fold in half.
Sprinkle the bananas (cut into thin slices) on top.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bananas and all along the pancake.
Sprinkle the almond slivers on top.
