Ingredient

  • 15 g of Maître Prunille prunes
  • 50 g of cottage cheese
  • 45 g of muesli - EN
  • 5 g of honey
  • 10 g of Dried fruits Vitalmix
  • For the prunes jam:
  • 130 g of Maître Prunille prunes
  • 100 g of sugar for jam

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the Prune jam: presoak the Prunes for 6 hours in warm water. Drain them then cut them into pieces.
Pour 60 cl of water into a jam basin then
add the sugar. Bring to ebullition, mix to
dissolve the sugar well then add the pieces of
prunes. Boil again then skim and cook gently for about
15 minutes. Put the jam in a jar.

Step 2

Mix the cottage cheese with 2 spoons
of Prune Jam.

Step 3

Place 70 g of this mixture in a bowl and add
the muesli.

Step 4

To finish, cover with a drizzle of Acacia honey, add
10 g of dried fruits and the sliced Prunes.
