Prunes with bacon stuffed with goat cheese and walnuts

Ingredient

  • 1 bag of Maître Prunille prunes
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 goat cheese log
  • 1 bag of Maître Prunille walnut kernels

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each slice of bacon in two

Step 2

Fill each prune with goat cheese and half of a walnut kernel

Step 3

Wrap each of the half-slices of bacon around a prune and prick with a toothpick to hold them together.

Step 4

Heat the oven grill.

Step 5

Put the prunes into a dish under the grill

Step 6

Cook for 8 or 10 minutes under the grill ( 4 or 5 minutes on each side depending on the power of the grill).
