- 1 bag of Maître Prunille prunes
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 goat cheese log
- 1 bag of Maître Prunille walnut kernels
Cut each slice of bacon in two
Fill each prune with goat cheese and half of a walnut kernel
Wrap each of the half-slices of bacon around a prune and prick with a toothpick to hold them together.
Heat the oven grill.
Put the prunes into a dish under the grill
Cook for 8 or 10 minutes under the grill ( 4 or 5 minutes on each side depending on the power of the grill).
