- 300 g of Fresh spinach
- 150 g of strawberries
- 1 goat cheese
- 2 handfulls of mix of nuts
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Wash, hull, then cut the strawberries into thin strips.
Prepare the vinaigrette: emulsify the oil and balsamic vinegar.
Put young shoots on each plate, add the pieces of strawberries, the crumbled goat cheese , then the nuts.
Pour some vinaigrette on each plate, mix, and enjoy!
