Make the smoothie:
Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks. Dry the strawberries and cut into pieces.
Place the strawberry pieces in a blender and add the ground almonds, almond milk, ice cubes, and caster sugar.
Blend for several seconds until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Pour the smoothie into four bowls. Place in the fridge while you prepare the topping.
Make the topping:
Dry roast the almond slivers in a frying pan on low heat until they are slightly browned.
Remove the pan from the heat and leave the roasted almond slivers to cool.
Wash and remove the stems of a few ripe strawberries. Dry them and cut into halves.
Sprinkle the strawberry halves, muesli, roasted almond slivers, raisins, and coconut shavings on top of each smoothie.
Serve immediately while the smoothies are still fresh.
