• PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY
At Maître Prunille, we consider performance and quality to be inextricably linked. It would be pointless for us to produce quantities of fruits which do not meet our very high self-imposed quality criteria.
And, of course, our intimate knowledge of the industry, all the way from producer to consumer, means that at Maître Prunille we have complete control and can put our requirements into operation efficiently at any point in the supply chain. The Quality Section is a group of people working full-time in the laboratory or in the factories themselves, and in this way adhering to norms such as BRC or IFS (on Casseneuil site and Vitrolles site).
Each site has its own laboratory for carrying out analyses. All this care is taken with one aim in view: to guarantee a taste as close as possible to the original fruit, and to ensure the safety of the consumer.

• QUALITY AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT GO HAND IN HAND
At Maître Prunille, respect for the environment is not just a sales gimmick. We have made a conscious decision as part of our collective and social responsibility to make this notion an integral part of our business culture.
We have decided to participate actively in the protection and improvement of the environment, and so, in more than 80% of our orchards, many herbicides and pesticides which are still legally authorized have been withdrawn from use.
