Ingredient

  • 200 g of fresh goat's cheese
  • 4 cuillère(s) à soupe of finely chopped herbs (chives, parsley, chervil, basil, etc.)
  • 2 cuillère(s) à soupe of olive oil
  • 2 cuillère(s) à soupe of Maître Prunille chopped pistachios
  • 2 cuillère(s) à soupe of Maître Prunille chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 cuillère(s) à soupe of Maître Prunille chopped cranberries
  • 2 cuillère(s) à soupe of Maître Prunille chopped raisins
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the cheese:

Mash the cheese with a fork in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and mix well.

Step 2

Coat with dried fruit and nuts.

Place the pistachios, hazelnuts, cranberries, and raisins into 4 separate bowls. Shape the goat's cheese into 16 small balls and place 4 in each bowl, coating the cheese with fruit and nuts.

Step 3

Garnish and serve

Place a wooden skewer into each cheese ball and serve well chilled.
