- 125 g of flour
- 150 g of caster sugar
- 100 g of Maître Prunille raisins
- 150 g of melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 zest of one untreated lemon
- 2 cuillère(s) à café of yeast
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
During this time, melt the butter in the microwave or double boiler.
Add in the eggs one by one, sugar, grated lemon zest, flour, yeast, and raisins.
Mix well and pour into cupcake tins.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Leave to cool and enjoy!
